[Bugfix][S300AI][bug-view-2063][login] Probabilistic occurrence: When entering 192.168.0.1 in the browser, the webui cannot be opened. Remove HTTPS and only support HTTP access. Change-Id: I8d2539ca8e27998a9145d645c5e36014ae05b1ad
