+Add variable lane_mapping for hdmi.
+Add new API function cdns_mhdp_bus_read/cdns_mhdp_bus_write,
+cdns_mhdp_get_fw_clk and cdns_mhdp_infoframe_set.
+Adjust some API function interface.
